Why we work this way
Most software projects fail before a line of code is written: nobody mapped the process first. Teams buy a tool, bend their work around it, and end up with the same bottlenecks in a nicer interface.
We started by building our own operations platform. Nyrix is a self-hosted CRM and service desk we designed around how a service team really works — tickets, SLAs, workflows, and reporting — and we’ve connected legacy systems in production for clients like Spectrum. Both taught us the same thing: the system is the easy part; understanding the process is the work.
That’s the standard we hold every engagement to: learn the process, agree on how success is measured, build the smallest thing that removes the biggest bottleneck, and be honest when the answer isn’t software.
