Process mapping · workflow automation · integration
Understand the process. Build the system.
Four connected services: map how your company really works, design the systems around it, connect what you already run, and measure the difference — so efficiency gains are real, not assumed.
01 — Where it starts
Process discovery & mapping
Before we recommend anything, we learn how work actually gets done. We shadow your team, follow a job from request to completion, and document every handoff, re-key, approval, and wait. The result is a plain-language map of where time and money leak — and what fixing each would be worth.
- Interviews and shadowing with the people who do the work
- Current-state process maps with friction points marked
- Baseline measures: cycle time, touches, rework, hand-offs
- A ranked list of fixes by effort vs. impact — including the ones that need no software
02
Systems design & custom builds
When the right answer is a system, we build it around your process instead of asking your team to bend to a generic product. Internal tools, workflow apps, client portals, and dashboards — designed with the people who’ll use them, and shipped in stages so value shows up early.
- Workflow apps with the statuses, approvals, and rules you actually use
- Dashboards and reporting so managers see the work without asking for it
- Staged delivery — the biggest bottleneck goes first
- Handoff documentation so your own team can extend it
03
Integration & automation
Inefficiency hides in the gaps between systems: the same data typed into three places, the export someone emails every Friday. We connect the tools you already run — including legacy and line-of-business software with no modern API — so information moves once. Where automation or AI earns its place, we add it; where it doesn’t, we say so.
- System-to-system integration, including legacy apps (we’ve done this for Spectrum in production)
- Eliminating re-keying, manual exports, and status-chasing
- Automation and AI for the routine passes: triage, drafting, matching, classification
- Read-only first, writes behind approval, with logging and graceful fallbacks
04
Adoption, measurement & iteration
A system only saves time if people use it. We train your team, compare results against the baseline we captured at the start, and keep tuning as your operation changes. You see what improved and by how much — and what still needs work.
- Hands-on training and short internal guides
- Before-and-after measurement against the baseline
- Regular review of what’s working and where friction has moved
- Ongoing iteration as your team, volume, and tools change
